Neglected Prophetic Traditions, by Abdul-Malik Al-Qâssim, 2nd Edition - IBN BADIS Edition

The meaning of the verse: (We have not sent a Messenger except to be obeyed by Allah's permission) [Surah An-Nisâ': 64].

The extinction, the dispersion of the acts of the Sunnah, the ignorance of people and their negligence in practicing them are the prelude to the emergence of innovations and their propagation, as Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "There is not a year that passes without people introducing an innovation and killing an act of Sunnah, until the innovations are revived and the acts of Sunnah disappeared."

In this booklet, small in volume but great in importance, I have compiled, with the help of some noble brothers, some traditions of the Messenger that seemed to us unknown, neglected or practiced less and less, with the sole objective of spreading the Sunnah of the chosen one and his teaching among Muslims, in accordance with his order: "He who establishes a good tradition in Islam obtains its reward and the reward of all those who will put it into practice after him." [Reported by Muslim].

Goodness, or all goodness consists in following his guidance and taking his path. May Allah make us among his adherents who cling firmly to his Sunnah, and may He forgive us and our parents. And may Allah pray for our Prophet Muhammad, his family and his Companions.
