The Nigella seed in prophetic medicine
It is mentioned in the prophetic tradition that the nigella seed is a remedy for all ailments, except death.
The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: "Use this black seed, it contains a remedy for all diseases except death." (Al-Bukhârî n°5687)
Considered in the Muslim religion as a miraculous seed, the Nigella Seed - Habba Sawda - Black Seed is also called in many countries "habbat al-baraka" (the blessed seed).

USAGE TIPS:
Nigella seeds can be consumed as they are, by chewing them.
They can also be mixed with warm water or milk and honey, or used in cooking.
For an adult, it is generally recommended 1 to 3 teaspoons of seeds per day.
- If 3 teaspoons, to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach, in the afternoon and in the evening before bed.
- If 2 teaspoons, take only in the morning and evening.
- If 1 teaspoon, take only in the morning.
