Our Nigella Oil is a pure, high-quality filtered oil made from the seeds of Nigella flowers from Ethiopia. Cultivated on the high plateaux of Gondar, preserved from all pollution. It is extracted with all the necessary know-how of our predecessors, without the use of chemicals, respecting the natural preservation of the seed.

* SKIN: Orally: one teaspoon on an empty stomach in the morning and one in the evening before a meal.

Dermal: apply and massage the affected area.

* DIGESTIVE: 1 teaspoon: midday and evening before the meal.

In the morning on an empty stomach: add 1 tablespoon of Kyrgyzstan honey and 1 teaspoon of black seed oil to a glass of lukewarm water.

* RESPIRATORY: 1 teaspoon: at the beginning of the lunch and evening meal. In the morning on an empty stomach: a glass of water with infused thyme. Add 1 tablespoon of jujube honey and 1 teaspoon of black seed oil.

* IMMUNITY: 1 spoon: morning and evening.

In the morning on an empty stomach: add 1 tablespoon of jujube honey or other and 1 teaspoon of black seed oil to a glass of water.

* RHEUMATISM: Orally: one teaspoon on an empty stomach in the morning and one in the evening before a meal.

Cutaneously: massage black seed oil directly onto the affected area.

* ACNEA: Massage your face with the oil morning and evening on clean, dry skin.

CONSERVATION:

Black seed oil keeps very well, for a very long time under the following conditions.
