These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the Safwa Boutique website (safwaboutique.com), operated by:

Safwa Boutique sells the following products: perfumes, books, natural products, clothing.
Confirming an order means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 1 – PRINCIPLES
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties.
They prevail over any other document or condition.
Safwa Boutique may modify these Terms at any time.
The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE
These Terms govern the online sale of products offered by Safwa Boutique.
They apply to purchases delivered in mainland France and Corsica.

ARTICLE 5 – ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
Providing bank card details and final confirmation of the order constitute:

In case of fraudulent card use, the customer must contact the seller immediately.
ARTICLE 6 – ORDER CONFIRMATION
The seller sends an email confirmation for every validated order.
ARTICLE 7 – PROOF OF TRANSACTION
Digital records stored in Safwa Boutique’s systems constitute proof of communications, orders, and payments.
Invoices are archived securely.
ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products listed on the site are available while stocks last.
Descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible but may include minor discrepancies.
Images are not contractually binding.
ARTICLE 9 – PRICES
Prices are shown in euros (€) including VAT.
Delivery fees are added before final payment.
Any VAT or tax changes may affect product pricing automatically.
ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT METHODS
Orders must be paid in full when placed.

The seller may refuse any order in the event of a previous unpaid order, ongoing dispute, or payment refusal.
ARTICLE 11 – AVAILABILITY – REFUND – ORDER CANCELLATION
Shipping time: within 24 business hours (except during peak periods).
Estimated delivery time within France: 2 to 7 days.
Legal maximum: 30 days.
If delivery is delayed, the customer may:

ARTICLE 12 – DELIVERY
Delivery means transfer of physical possession to the customer.
Products are delivered to the address provided.
Incorrect addresses requiring re-shipment will incur additional customer fees.
Upon delivery, the customer must check the package:

If damaged → refuse the parcel

Write clear reservations on the delivery slip

Confirm the issue to the carrier within 2 business days
Any return must be requested within 14 days.
ARTICLE 13 – DELIVERY ERRORS
Any complaint must be made:

The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw.
Return conditions:

complete

in original packaging

return shipping at customer’s expense
Refund within 14 days.
Excluded items:

personalized products
-
opened hygiene products (perfumes, cosmetics)
-
downloadable digital products already started
-
newspapers and magazines
-
perishable goods
ARTICLE 16 – FORCE MAJEURE
Any event beyond the control of the parties (natural disaster, strike, transport blockage, etc.) suspends contractual obligations.
If lasting more than 3 months, the contract may be terminated.
ARTICLE 17 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content is the exclusive property of Safwa Boutique.
Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 18 – DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Personal data is collected for order processing.
