2. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

2.1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU),
you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.

No justification is required.

2.2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• In perfect condition

• Unused

• Unopened

• In their original packaging

• Returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal request

2.4. Return Shipping Costs

• Return costs are paid by the customer.

• Exceptions: If the product is defective or incorrect, Safwa Boutique covers the return costs and provides a prepaid return label.

2.5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product,
using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

2.6. Items Not Eligible for Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized items

• Opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (perfumes, cosmetics, etc.)

• Sealed products once opened after delivery
