Delivery is free for purchases of 69€ or more in France and in a pick-up point.
Safwa Boutique aims to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours* (working days) after receipt of payment.
*During high activity periods, such as sales, holidays or other special promotions, shipping times may be extended in exceptional circumstances.

Home delivery or Pick-up point
Delivery is made via Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, La Poste, DPD, UPS and DHL. You can select either home delivery or delivery to a point relay
Click & Collect in France only
If you choose Click & Collect, you can collect your purchases, without paying delivery charges, from our boutique in Marseille within 4 hours* (working days) after validation of your order on the website.

FURTHER INFORMATION
In the event that an item is out of stock we will contact you to propose a replacement item or a refund.
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm the dispatch of your order with your tracking number.
This information is subject to change depending on the situation of Covid19 and the availability of transporters.
Return Policy
If you want to make a return of one or more items, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to make the return
Please follow the procedure below:
Send an email to the email address: boutique.safwa@gmail.com
Indicate in the subject of the email that you want to return an item and indicate the reference number of your order so that your request can be processed as quickly as possible.
The returns must be sent to our address in France and the shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note we only accept returns of products that are in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
If these conditions are not respected, the parcel will be returned back to you and we will not be able to refund you.
After receipt of the return, we will verify that all is in good order and the refund will be made within 10 days.
